This model is based on The Church of St Michael & All Angels, parts of which date back to the 13th century. It was much altered in an 1872 restoration, although fortunately the battlemented 15th century west tower was left intact. Inside the original building, there are three stained glass windows designed by the renowned Victorian Charles Kempe.
